We attach special importance to the quality in the application process – from the first contact to personnel selection to onboarding. The path to your job at RHI is therefore clearly structured:
Visit our Jobline and get an overview of all job vacancies. Click on “Apply now” and submit your informative application online.
Our Recruiting Team will review your application documents with a view to the professional and personal requirement profile. A complete application includes a letter of motivation and your CV. Ideally you also send us your relevant certificates and letters of reference.
Depending on the job profile, we use different selection procedures ranging from personal interviews to assessment centers. As a rule, two interviews are planned that give you and us an opportunity to get to know each other better.
The final decision will be made on the basis of the best match with the professional and personal requirement profile for the respective job. Rapid handling of the selection processes is important to us and we make sure that we keep you up to date on the current status of your application.
As a new RHI employee you will undergo a structured onboarding process. In addition to an orderly introduction phase, during which you grow into your role and gradually take on more responsibility, we offer new employees introduction events including guided tours of our plants and basic training in all relevant areas.
